Lawyer, graduated by FMU – Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas. Postgraduate in Civil Law and Civil Procedure by Complexo Jurídico Damásio de Jesus and Postgraduate in Tax Law by FMU - Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas.
Appointed as an effective member of the “Tax Law Commission” of the OAB/SP – Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo section, in the 2014/2015 biennium. (Ordinance No. 307/14/PR)
In 2011 he completed the Practical Course for the Practice of Advocacy – Tax Practice. In 2010, he completed the Legal Tutelage Course for activities related to Medicine and Health, by ESA-SP. Lawyer, regularly enrolled in the ranks of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo section - OAB/SP. Graduated and Post-Graduated in Civil Law, from Universidade Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas/ Uni – FMU. He has an improvement course in Military Law and Contract Practice, both held at Escola Superior de Advocacia-ESA.
Columnist in the legal area of the journal Jornal Revisão – Curitiba/PR. In the biennium of 2014/2015, he was appointed as an effective member of the “Corporate Law Commission” of the OAB / SP – Brazilian Bar Association São Paulo Section (Ordinance No. 398/14 / PR).
In 2008 and 2009, he served at the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo (TJ-SP), alongside the office of the 7th Chamber of Criminal Law. In 2007, he worked with Fundação Casa, in the civil-administrative legal sector.
In 2006, he graduated from the CPOR-SP (Preparatory Center for Reserve Officers), becoming an R-2 Military Officer of the Armed Forces, in the intendance service.
JOSÉ HENRIQUE BIANCHI SEGATTI
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie – São Paulo (2001). Postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Process (Mackenzie University).
Lawyer regularly registered with the OAB/SP. An Army Reserve officer graduated from Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (1988) he was Chief of the Legal Advisory of the Command of the 2nd Military Region (2010 – 2012).
He was approved in the National Treasury Technician (1992) and Federal Revenue Auditor (1994) contests. He was also approved in several stages of public tenders for the Judiciary and for the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office.
In the legal area, he acted in the administrative litigation of the Army; he prepared several documents in collaboration with the Attorney General's Office, in litigation in which the Army had interests, and also acted in the analysis and solution of property issues of the Union, in Army contracts and tenders, as well as in matters of military welfare.
FERNANDO SÉRGIO BARBOSA BELEZA
Brazilian, married, born in the city of Piracicaba, in 1963, graduated from the Methodist University of Piracicaba – UNIMEP in Business Administration.
At the beginning of his professional career, he stood out as attorney at Banco Bandeirantes S/A, and, co-founder and Executive Director, he served at the companies Stylus Representações S/C Ltda, São Francisco Industrial e Comercial Ltda, and GA Consultoria e Gestão de Negócios S/C Ltda.
As Commercial Director, he worked at Oltado Consultores Associados S/C Ltda, at GSD Comunicações e Desenvolvimento Estratégico Ltda, with particular emphasis on consultancy provided to private companies with the aim of: strategic commercial planning and development, identification of opportunities for business improvement, implementation of partnerships strategies, strategic sales planning, modeling practices and commercial policies, market positioning: brand and image. Works achieved in the sugar-alcohol and bioenergy segment, yet in the same segment, but now at Jetbio Equipamentos Industriais Ltda (Juresa Group) developed the customer portfolio for biodiesel manufacturing plants, integrated agro-energy projects, projects for the origination of raw materials for the production of biodiesel.
At Petrobio Ind. E Comércio de Equipamentos para Biodiesel Ltda, now as Director of New Businesses, worked with the development of businesses in the sugar and alcohol segment, bioenergy and production of biofuels (biodiesel).
As a consultant, his work stands out in projects such as: FIA – Fundação Instituto de Administração – USP Adaptation of the Fiscal Responsibility Law in Municipalities of the State of São Paulo. Grupo Mello Cordeiro Structuring of the Import and Export Center of the company Saint-Marie Comercial Importadora e Exportadora Ltda.

JÚLIO CEZAR DA SILVA FAGUNDES
Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Cruz Alta/RS.
He practiced law in the city of Alegrete / RS, until 1977, when he assumed the position of Chief of the Minister's Cabinet, at the Superior Military Court, in Brasília / DF. Approved in the National Contest of Evidence and Titles for admission to the Federal Military Judiciary, he assumed the position of Judge – Substitute Auditor, in 1980, in the Audit of the 9th Military Judiciary Circuit (CJM), in Campo Grande/MS. He also acted in the 1st Audit of the 3rd CJM (Porto Alegre/RS), from 1983 to 1985, the year in which he was promoted by merit to the position of Judge-Auditor, coming to assume the title of the 2nd Audit of the 2nd CJM, in São Paulo/ SP, where he remained until 2003, when he voluntarily retired. During the time he performed his judicial duties in the capital of São Paulo, he responded on some occasions to the Audits of the 8th CJM (Belém/PA), 9th CJM (Campo Grande/MS) and 1st CJM (Porto Alegre/RS).
Currently, he is a lawyer, regularly enrolled in the OAB / SP. He is a Specialist in Criminology and Penitentiary Science, courses given in Campo Grande / MS, in 1981, by Doctor Professors from the University of São Paulo.
He also has the Advanced Studies Course in Politics and Strategy, given by the Escola Superior de Guerra –ESG, in 1999. He gave lectures on Federal Military Justice in all military organizations subordinated to the Command of the 2nd Military Region and participated, as a speaker, Symposiums held by the Southeast Military Command.
He gave lectures to postgraduate classes in Military Criminal Procedural Law at USP and UNICID on Federal Military Justice. He is the author of the entry on Military Criminal Procedural Law, published in the “Digest of Process” Collection, edited by the Federal University of Uberlândia / MG, as well as several articles in specialized magazines in the field of Law.
He has numerous distinctions and commendations, highlighting the Medal of Merit for the Judiciary, the Medal of the Order of Military Merit, the Medal of the Order of Aeronautical Merit, the Medal of the Peacemaker and the Medal of the Order of Military Judiciary Merit. He acts as a specialist in the military criminal area before Federal Justice (Armed Forces) and State Justice (Military Police).
